One of the greatest rewards of making wine is the people I get to work with. This wine is a true collaboration with the Beightol and Andrews families, who have farmed the Horse Heaven Hills for generations. Their care for the land and love of what they do are felt in every season, and my hope is that this wine carries a sense of that work, and of the place they’ve so thoughtfully tended. There’s a natural elegance to the wine, paired with a sense of density. Black cherry and savory notes are carried by the fine-grained, substantial tannins typical of Horse Heaven Hills.
