Skysill Merlot comes from the highest block of our estate vineyard, and from the moment we first harvested it, I knew there was something special about it. I still remember looking across the fruit on harvest day and thinking, those are some of the most beautiful clusters I've ever seen. The wine never stopped impressing me from there.
This is a Merlot with depth and presence. Dark fruit, savory notes, and a firm structure give it a seriousness that will feel familiar to Cabernet lovers, while layers of cherry, baking spice, and roasted herbs speak to its heritage. I love balance between power and grace in this wine.
