The Merlot shows lively red fruit with hints of dark flowers. We selected barrels with a delicate touch to give the fruit maximum expression of place. It was grown on Figgins Estate Vineyard above Mill Creek, where sustainable farming includes avoiding herbicides and introducing microbes to the soil through compost teas.
